From the Viking Age, the Borre “ring braid” is a Scandinavian animal style celtic knot which is named after a boat grave in Borre, Norway. This band is 10mm wide, very sturdy, and set with a large genuine Garnet in a deep and vibrant red. Crafted of nickel free sterling silver and marked 925. As with any wide band ring, order a size larger than you would wear with a thin band ring.

This ring is more beautiful than I was expecting. Being of Norwegian ancestry, I was intrigued with the Viking Borre Knot design. It certainly was NOT a dissapointment. The garnet is a clear deep red. The band is quite wide, and is truly striking when worn. I love it.
I want to comment on the exceptional service from “Silver Insanity”. I originally ordered a size larger than I needed. It arrived very promptly, and when it did not fit, I sent it back the next day for an exchange. I received the exchanged size ring within six business days!! Now, I call that superior service!!
Thank you “Silver Insanity”. I WILL order from you again !!!
